Important
* I am located in Minneapolis; my Outcall rate is an additional $100 minimum based upon your proximity to my location. Farther distances may require increased minimum appointment times and/or possible reasonable fees for time/travel.
I am available to travel anywhere in the continental United States with a 4 hour minimum at $2,500 plus all expenses paid. Please contact me for rates for longer visits.
I do not negotiate my rates. Period. I find it crass and discourteous to quibble over my rates.
During our session DO NOT talk about money; if you decide to bring up this topic at anytime during our time together, chances are, it will probably be the end of our visit with no refund. The only time we should even discuss the donation is if you would like to extend our time together.
Deposit
I require a 25% deposit for all incall and outcall appointments with new friends.
For FMTY dates, I require a 25% deposit in addition to covering all travel and hotel arrangements. I accept venmo, cashapp and crypto for deposits.
Cancellation
While I understand that things happen beyond our control, cancellations can not only wreak havoc on my schedule and livelihood, they chip away at my trust and sense of security in our relationship. Cancellations made without at least 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the fee for the scheduled time; if notice is less than 4 hours 75% of the fee for the scheduled time will be charged; a no call/no show to a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the fee for the scheduled time. Such cancellations of our scheduled engagement may also result in all future engagements requiring a non-refundable 50% deposit. Please strive to let me know ASAP if a problem arises. Any donations are strictly for my time and companionship only. Anything else that may occur is the matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be contracted for in any matter. I do not accept any money, payment or donation for anything else. No explicit talk, be it direct or indirect, euphemism, etc. Please follow these simple rules for our mutual benefit. This being said, I am sure you will have a good time.
